Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has reportedly tabled a bid for an ownership stake in a Ligue 1 club.
There has been much discussion over the future of the 26 year-old with his contract expiring at the end of the 2024-25 season and a move to Real Madrid rumoured to be a possibility.
His future at Liverpool may be unclear but it seems Alexander-Arnold has decided to move into football ownership with a bid for Ligue 1 club FC Nantes on the horizon.
The eight time French champions are currently in 5th place on the Ligue 1 table and have found themselves a mainstay in the competition since their return over a decade ago.
