Agent Tim Sukazi has revealed that his client Thabo Nthethe’s future at Mamelodi Sundowns remains uncertain as he enters the last six months of his deal at Chloorkop.
The 33-year-old has been out of favour this campaign and has only managed to feature twice for Pitso Mosimane’s side against Maritzburg United and Platinum Stars respectively.
The Brazilians has already renewed the services of Tiyani Mabunda, Themba Zwane and Siyanda Zwane, but Sukazi insists that Nthethe is still waiting on Sundowns to settle his future.
“We are waiting on Sundowns to indicate if they will exercise the option [on his contract] or not,” Sukazi told KickOff.com.
“At the moment nothing has been discussed with Sundowns with regards to his future with the club.”
Mamelodi Sundowns will travel to the Peter Mokaba Stadium when they take on Polokwane City when the Absa Premiership returns on 6 January 2018, with kick-off set for 15:30.
