Wits sign former Chiefs man

Defending Absa Premiership champions Bidvest Wits has confirmed the signing of former Kaizer Chiefs defender Keegan Ritchie.

The 27-year-old joins the Clever Boys from Matsatsantsa, where he made a total six appearances in all competitions.

Ritchie became the Students fourth signing after securing the services of Lehlohonolo Majoro, Denis Weidlich and Edwin Gyimah.

The defender will add a wealth of experience to the Wits squad having already played for the likes of Moroka Swallows, Kaizer Chiefs and Bloemfontein Celtic.

Over the course of his career, Ritchie has scored two goals and assisted a further eight from 112 appearances in all competitions.
