Mamelodi Sundowns will begin their Caf Champions League group stage campaign against defending champions Wydad Casablanca on 5 May.
The Brazilians will travel to the Stade 28 Septembre when they take on Guinean side Horoya on 15 May following their opening game against Wydad.
Thereafter, Pitso Mosimane side are scheduled to face Togolese outfit AS Togo Port de Lome at the Stade Agoe-Nyive on 17 July before taking on the same opponents in the return leg on 27 July.
The return leg against the defending champions has been scheduled for 17 August with the Brazilians ending their Group C match against Horoya on 28 August.
Caf General Secretary Amr Fahmy released the following statement on the changes in time and days of the fixtures:
“There will be a few exceptions (to kick-off times) in some special cases since it is a novelty. However‚ we are hopeful it will mark a giant leap for our club competitions.
“We strongly believe in having a unique identity for the club competitions and also creating a rendezvous for the fans‚ a major stakeholder to identify with the two competitions.
“It will also increase the number of matches broadcasted by the TV Rights Holders.”
