Mamelodi Sundowns striker Anthony Laffor believes it will be a hard result for the Brazilians to lose their Caf Champions League encounter against Wydad Athletic Club in South Africa.
The Brazilians are set to host Wydad at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in their second Group A game of the Caf Champions League campaign.
They suffered a 2-0 defeat to Lobi Stars in their first group stage game last week in Nigeria.
However, Laffor believes the Brazilians will redeem themselves in their second group stage game on home soil.
‘We went to Nigeria, we lost in Nigeria and the game against Wydad is going to be very important because we need to keep ourselves in the Champions League,’ Laffor told the media.
‘What we need to do is just to win, because it is not going to be difficult (if) we listen to our coaches because it’s very hard for us to lose a game in South Africa.
‘On Saturday, it is going to be a different ball game, but this time around I think we are going to win.
Mamelodi Sundowns will now turn their attention to the Caf Champions League when they take on Wydad Athletic Club on Saturday.
