The Citizens will renew their rivalry with Amakhosi when the two sides lock horns at the Mbombela Stadium for a place in the semi-final of the competition.

‘We have to be ready,’ Mkhize told the media.
‘I can’t remember, ever since I’ve been with Cape Town City and whenever we play cup competitions, we always play against big teams.
‘We have to be ready,’ he added. ‘We want to compete for every competition and this is another opportunity for us to be in the final.
‘We playing against the best team and we all know (Kaizer) Chiefs is a big team in South Africa so we have to give them that respect.
‘But when we on that pitch the most important thing is winning and winning the game so that we can reach the (Nedbank Cup) semi-finals.’
