Kaizer Chiefs moved up to fifth place on the DStv Premiership standings following their 2-1 victory over SuperSport United at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Bernard Parker eclipsed Siphiwe Tshabalala as the Amakhosi’s all-time top scorer in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) era after bagging a brace to cancel out Njabulo Ngcobo’s own goal.

The win sees Chiefs move within three points of SuperSport, who remain in second place with 15 points after eight games following their first defeat of the season.
