Orlando Pirates co-coach Mandla Ncikazi has admitted while his team face an uphill battle against Mamelodi Sundowns on Friday night, he believes that the Brazilians are not invincible.
Pirates will travel to Loftus on Friday night to take on the log leaders and defending champions in a match which could be seen as a litmus test for the Sea Robbers.
Pirates have struggled for consistency but a moral boosting win over the unbeaten Downs could be just the type of result that kick starts their season.
Speaking in the build up to the clash the Pirates coach admitted that they will face a tough task but he backs his team to beat Downs on Friday.

“It will be an uphill battle,” Ncikazi said.
“You can imagine how tough it is playing a derby then immediately after the log leaders, Sundowns who are doing very well.
“But Pirates must rise, Sundowns are doing well but I don’t think they are invincible or immortal it’s very possible to beat them.
“You just have to bring your best game to beat such a good side
