Kaizer Chiefs have officially announced the departure of several players as they look to rebuild for the upcoming 2022-23 DStv Premiership season under the guidance of new head coach Arthur Zwane.
The 28-year-old spent three seasons with the Glamour Boys after joining the club from Zambian outfit ZESCO United FC in July 2019.

Kambole struggled to find his feet at Amakhosi and found game time hard to come by after scoring just two goals and claiming one assist in 46 appearances in all competitions.

Meanwhile, Lebogang Manyama is the latest casualty to leave the club after Amakhosi confirmed that they will not be renewing his contract beyond June 2022.
The 31-year-old joined Chiefs from Turkish outfit Konyaspor in August 2018 and has gone on to feature 98 times in the famous black and gold of Amakhosi, while scoring 15 goals and assisting a further 15 in the process.
“Lebogang Manyama will also be out of contract at the end of June and is free to find a new team. The attacking midfielder joined Amakhosi in August 2018 from Turkish side Konyaspor and played 95 matches, scoring on 15 occasions. All the best Lebo,” Chiefs confirmed on their official Twitter page.

Another player joining the Chiefs exodus is veteran defender Daniel Cardoso, who will part ways with the club when his contract expires at the end of this month.

“Veteran defender Daniel Cardoso will call time on his Chiefs career with his contract due to expire at month end. The 33-year-old played 185 games in seven seasons and weighed in with 12 goals.

Amakhosi also revealed that Colombia striker Leonardo Castro is set to leave the Soweto giants to end his four-year stay at the club.

Nigerian international Daniel Akpeyi has become the sixth person on the list of players leaving the club once their contract expires at the end of June.
“Goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi will also leave the Club, with his contract set to expire on 30 June 2022. The Nigerian international signed mid-season from Chippa United in 2018/19 and featured 69 times in 3.5 years for Amakhosi,” Chiefs confirmed on their official Twitter page.
