Tottenham’s problems keep getting worse after the sacking of Antonio Conte. The Spurs director of football Fabio Paratici, in charge of finding Conte’s successor, has now been banned from operating in football activities worldwide.
Paratici received a ban of more than 30 months for misleading the Italian FA around Juventus financial accounts, including falsifying the health of Juventus’ financial stability.
Daniel Levy is awaiting the conditions of Paratici’s ban in England before making a decision around the director’s future.
Spurs state they are “urgently seeking further clarification from FIFA as to the details of the extension and its variance from the FIGC sanction”. #THFC
