French striker Karim Benzema looks set to return to European football just six months into his three year contract at Al Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League.

Benzema has reportedly made the board of Al Ittihad aware of his desire to leave but it is yet to be seen if the Balon d’Or winner will be allowed to leave the club.
