Mohamed Salah will stay at Liverpool despite Klopp row

Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah will not leave the club at the end of the 2023/24 season.

Despite the Egyptian’s heated exchange with Jurgen Klopp this past weekend before being subbed on against West Ham, both David Ornstein from The Athletic and Paul Joyce from The Times have reported Salah will not be sold.

Salah is Liverpool’s top scorer this season in all competitions and still has a chance to win the Premier League golden boot.

It is rumored that Saudi Premier League clubs are ready to break the bank to secure one of the biggest stars on the planet but at this stage it seems unlikely that Liverpool’s talisman will make the switch with his desire to stay at the top and win trophies still driving his performances and mentality.

It has also been reported that Liverpool’s hierarchy rate Salah highly and believe his current run of poor-form is not a sign of greater decline.Β  Incoming manager Arne Slot has also been said to be excited to have the opportunity to work with Salah and is determined to have the winger in his squad next season.
