Kaizer Chiefs forward Ashley du Preez recently penned a two year contract with Amakhosi as he spearheads Chiefs’ attack tonight against Cape Town City.
The center forward is known for his exhilarating speed and brilliant goals and has scored 19 goals with seven assists to his name since joining the Soweto boys from Stellenbosch FC.
“For those two years I want to score more goals, I want to reach 20 plus goals for the. That’s my goal for the next two years I am going to spend here,” said Du Preez.
Chiefs face Cape Town City at the FNB Stadium tonight, with kick-off at 19h30. Amakhosi are four points away from the top three and will look to capitalise on Cape Town City’s recent form to move up the league table.
