Mamelodi Sundowns new signing Toni Silva says he is looking forward to ‘winning everything’ with the Absa Premiership champions.
The Guinea-Bissau international has recently put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the clubs and will link up with his new teammates in June.
Silva, 24, was last in the colours of Levadiakos in the Greek Superleague, having also played for Bulgarian outfit CSKA Sofia.
The 24-year-old says he is relishing the chance to play at Sundowns and is looking forward to winning the league and Caf Champions League title with the Brazilians.
“I am excited to play in South Africa and play for the best team in South Africa,” Silva told KickOff.com.
“I want to win everything; the league, the cups and of course the Champions League with the club.
“I will do my best for the club and the fans, and I hope we can win everything together.”
Over the course of his career, Silva has scored 23 goals and assisted a further 13 from 137 appearances in all competitions playing for the likes of Northampton Town, Barnsley, Dagenham & Redbridge, CSKA Sofia, Sanliurfaspor, Uniao Madeira and APO Levadiakos.
on an international level, the for Liverpool youth product scored one goal from seven appearances for the Guinea-Bissau national team since making his debut in June 2016 under coach Paulo Torres.
