Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has heaped praise on Bafana Bafana international Andile Jali, claiming that he is rediscovering the form that made him a household name in the country.
The 28-year-old endured a difficult start to life at Chloorkop after leaving KV Oostende in April, but the Bafana Bafana international seems to be back to his best, most recently picking up the Man of the Match accolade in his side’s 1-0 win against Chippa United.

Mosimane praised Jali for his leadership qualities in addition to praising Hlompho Kekana, Tiyani Mabunda and Lebogang Maboe.
‘I needed Mabunda to come and help Andile and Kekana in the midfield. Andile Jali showed great leadership, he is slowly getting to his level.
‘Lebo [Lebohang Maboe] was losing balls on the sides. He was looking good, but not really convincing. Not biting.
‘Very difficult game but at the end of the day, we came to PE and got three points.
‘The first 20 minutes, the quality was there. But Sundowns, they are good people. They are not shrewd. We should have wrapped it up in the first half. We had clear chances,’ he concluded.
