Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that midfielder Wiseman Meyiwa is out of the Intensive Care United and is said to be making strides in his bid to recover from injuries which he sustained in a car accident.
The former South African youth international became the second Amakhosi player to be involved in a car accident in recent weeks after attacker Lebogang Manyama sustained an injury in a collision last month and was fortunate to survive after escaping what can only be descirbed as an horrofic crash.

Amakhosi took to their official twitter account to publicise details of Meyiwa’s progression.
‘Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Wiseman Meyiwa is out of ICU. He is stable under the care of specialist’s supervision,’ said the club’s twitter acount.
‘The Club has appreciated all the messages of support and prayers for Meyiwa. We wish him a speedy recovery,’ the tweet read.
The rising starlet was promoted to the first team squad at the start of the campaign under coach Giovanni Solinas, however, has made just one start and one sub appearance under the Italian in 2018/19.
