Mamelodi Sundowns forward Khama Billiat has not revealed too much about the details of his future with the Chloorkop-based outfit, suggesting that he could be headed for the exit door.
The Zimbabwean attacker came on as a second-half substitute and netted a brace in his side’s 2-0 victory against defending league champions Bidvest Wits.
Billiat’s current deal comes to an end with the club in June 2018, and when quizzed about committing to a new deal, the 27-year-old revealed that his agent and the club are currently locked in negotiations.
“No, not yet,” he told Sowetan Live.
“We are still talking. Maybe I still have to get back to my agent then I will get the full information.
“My head is here. I am still contracted to Sundowns and I have to honour my contract.”
“I still want to play football until my contract finishes, I just want to play football,” he concluded.
