Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane admits that Chippa United are interested in securing the services of Keletso “Aguero” Makgalwa.
The reigning MDC Player of the Year was promoted to the first-team at the start of the eason along with fellow academy graduate Thendo Mukumela.
The former South African youth international could look set for a loan move after Pitso Mosimane bolstered his squad with the arrivals of Siyabonga Zunlu, Jeremy Brockie, Aubrey Ngoma and Gaston Sirino rspectively.
The 21-year-old who is known as Aguero to his teammates has attracted interest from Teboho Moloi’s side, however Mosimane says he will have to “calculate the numbers.”
“Yes, they [Chippa] like him. They want him,” he told kickoff.
“It’s possible [that he might go] but I still have to calculate the numbers in my squad,” he concluded.
Makgalwa has featured twice as a substitute for the former CAF Champions League winners in Absa Premiership victories against Ajax Cape Town and Orlando Pirates respectively.
