Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt wants his side to pick up the pace and finish well on Saturday when they welcome Platinum Stars at the Bidvest Stadium.
The defending champions currently occupy last place in the Absa Premiership standings with 11 points after claiming two wins out of 13 games played so far this season.
Hunt will be hoping his side can finish the year off on a positive note as they prepare to take on Dikwena in their final PSL clash of 2017.
“I’ve said before, we’ve played far too much football. In terms of the way in which we want to play – it’s pretty on the eye but it’s not pretty on the results, and that’s what’s important,” Hunt told KickOff.com.
“We’re certainly under no illusion, we have to pick up our pace and finish well on Saturday, and then try and do some business [in the transfer window].”
Bidvest Wits will be hoping to move out of the relegation zone when they welcome Platinum Stars to the Bidvest Stadium on Saturday, with kick set for 20:15.
