Newly promoted Serie A side Como have added French World Cup winner Raphael Varane to an already busy transfer window.
Varane left Manchester United at the end of last season after talks over a new contract stalled.
The central defender will be joining Spanish trio Cesc Fabregas, Alberto Moreno and Pepe Reina who all joined the club in the past week, with Fabregas taking up the role of head coach.
