Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is reportedly close to agreeing a move to Premier League side Nottingham Forest.
Forest have offered a deal that is valued closer to Arsenal’s asking price of £30 million, and will now proceed with contract negotiations with the 25 year-old.
Nketiah has never been considered a first team option under Arteta despite the injury problems of Gabriel Jesus.
Forest may not be able to offer European football in the form of the UEFA Champions League, but they can guarantee Eddie Nketiah regular first team minutes.
