Former Liverpool and Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has announced his retirement from international football.

The Inter Miami player has made his last appearance for the Uruguay national team after more than 15 years and becoming their top scorer of all time.

Suarez made 142 appearances and provided 108 goal contributions for La Celeste.
