Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane has denied all claims that Hazem El Hadidy is his agent and has distanced himself from the football agent.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns mentor has since distanced himself from El Hadidy, who claimed to the Egyptian media that he handles Mosimane’s social media accounts, while also touching on the South African’s current contract situation.
However, Mosimane revealed that he has met the football agent once when he did an interview with one of the TV channels as a producer.
“Hazem El Hadidy is not my agent. He does not represent me. Anything that he says about me is irrelevant. I requested the club’s board to take legal actions to stop him. I have met him once during a TV show and he introduced himself to me as the episode producer. I don’t know why he claims to be my representative,” Mosimane told his club’s official website
“I have a fantastic relationship with the board. We have reached an agreement and announced it to the media. There is nothing new to discuss. Our relation will continue with all respect, cooperation and full trust.”
“I have the full support of the board and we have one goal. I focus only on my team and I will do my best to win titles for the club and make our fans happy.”
