Siphiwe Tshabalala has withdrawn from the competition, after sustaining a light injury during the pre-season.
The 32-year-old midfielder will now be replaced by Hendrick Ekstein in the middle of the park.
Amakhosi shot-stopper Itumeleng Khune will be between the sticks, after receiving the most number of votes, with 410 056.
Ramahlwe Mphahlele, alongside Erick Mathoho, Lorenzo Gordinho and Tsepo Masilela will form Amakhosi’s last line of defence.
Ekstein, Willard Katsande, George Maluleka and George Lebese make up the midfield, while Venezuelan striker Gustavo Paez and Bernard Parker will partner up to form the Amakhosi attack.
The supporters have voted for the Glamour Boys to play in a 4-4-2 formation.
Kaizer Chiefs will lock horns with Orlando Pirates in what is expected to be an enticing encounter between the two sides at the FNB Stadium on Saturday.
Kick-off has been scheduled for 15:00.
