Harry Maguire scored a late extra-time winner to secure Manchester United’s place in the FA Cup semi-finals with a 2-1 victory at Norwich City.

United forward Odion Ighalo opened the scoring for his side with 51 minutes gone after a first half where the Red devils probed but couldn’t break down a determined Norwich defence.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men were seemingly in cruise control until Norwich midfielder Todd Cantwell equalised with 15 minutes to play, setting up an entertaining end to the game.

Norwich took the contest to extra time despite seeing Timm Klose receive a straight red card in the 89th minute.

The game looked destined to be decided by penalties but Maguire popped up in the 118th minute to book United’s place in the last four at Wembley.
