The 2022/23 Premier League season drew to a close on Sunday evening. See how it went for the top teams on the final match day.
Man City 0 – 1 Brentford
Pep Guardiola’s men won their sixth Premier League title in a row, with two matchdays to spare. With a Champions League final around the corner and the Premier League trophy in their cabinet, it its no surprise that they were not heading to Brentford to put on their finest showing on the final Sunday of the season.
Arsenal 5 – 0 Wolves
Mikel Arteta’s men may faltered in the final weeks to give up their position at the top of the table and allow Man City to cruise to Premier League glory. It seemed Wolves would have felt their frustration, as the Gunners put five goals past them to end the season.

Liverpool 4 – 4 Southampton
Liverpool’s high-scoring draw to Southampton on Sunday evening encapsulates a season in which they were just never quite able to fully execute.
