Watch: Newcastle United v Arsenal | Preview

Third place Arsenal travel to Newcastle as they search for a win following their recent “disappointing” draw to Liverpool.

Newcastle United is currently struggling, having gone five league games in a row without a win (two draws, three losses).

They recently broke a long scoreless streak in open play but are sitting at a disappointing 12th place, lower than expected since they don’t have European games to juggle.

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, now trails league leaders Manchester City by five points. Arteta was “very disappointed” with their recent draw to Liverpool and had to replace center-back Gabriel Magalhães due to a knee injury.

Players to watch: Eddie How’s side are yet to score a Premier League goal in the first 30 minutes of open play while Alexander Isak has yet to score against Arsenal. Despite that, Isak’s last three league goals were against London teams, two of them between the 30th and 40th minutes. Bukayo Saka, who scored against Liverpool last weekend, has found the net in his last three starts for Arsenal, with three of his four goals this season finishing the scoring.
