The draw for the group stage of this season’s Champions League will take place in Monaco at 17:00 (BST) on Thursday.
Four Premier League clubs will be involved having directly qualified for the tournament: Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham.
As Premier League champions, Manchester City go straight into Pot 1 – where they’re joined by Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, PSG and Lokomotiv Moscow.
Manchester United and Tottenham will both definitely go into Pot 2 by virtue of their UEFA coefficient, while Liverpool have missed out on a spot in Pot 2 after Benfica’s comfortable play-off win over PAOK condemned the Reds to Pot 3.
The first group stage matches this season will be played on September 18.
This season’s final will take place on June 1, 2019 at Atletico Madrid’s Wanda Metropolitano.
