The Bafana Bafana star made his group-stage debut against the Spanish giants after being an unused substitute during their group opener against Galatasaray.

The 25-year-old created an assist after threading through an inch-perfect pass to Nigerian forward Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis to score the opening goal after just eight minutes of play.
